Acute / Inpatient Pharmacy experience Adult medicine, ED, and/or NICU pharmacy practice Medication dosing: cardiac, geriatric, pediatric, renal, pharmacokinetic, high-alert meds Therapeutic drug monitoring & anticoagulation management (Warfarin dosing) Intravenous preparation: IV push, IV Piggyback, TPN mixers Chemotherapy / hazardous drug preparation Compounding & sterile technique Medication dispensing systems:
Pyxis, Accudose, McKesson, Abbott, Baxter, Carousel System Drug shortage management & pharmacotherapy management Experience with Ambulatory Care, Home Health Infusion, Retail Pharmacy, Inpatient/Acute Care
