• License: TX Pharmacist License (required)
• Experience: 1+ year in acute/inpatient pharmacy
• Certifications: BLS required; BCPS, Chemo/Hazardous Drug, IV Certification, Pharm
  
  D preferred
• Charting System: Epic (preferred)
• Travel Experience: Not required

Key Skills & Responsibilities Adult and pediatric dosing (cardiac, renal, geriatric, psychotherapeutic, high-alert medications) IV preparation, compounding, sterile technique Therapeutic medication monitoring and pharmacotherapy management Experience with Abbott, Accudose, Baxter, McKesson, Pyxis, and other medication systems Managing anticoagulation therapy and high-alert medications
