Make Every Moment Matter as a Hospice Aide (CNA)! Are you a caring and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact? Alpha Omega Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team, providing hands‑on care that brings comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life. Working closely with our nursing team, you’ll ensure each patient’s physical, emotional, and personal needs are met with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
Schedule: Per Diem, As Needed
Coverage Area: Wichita Falls

- Hands‑on Clinical Onboarding Program
- Provide personalized care following the plan of care to ensure comfort and well‑being of patients.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing.
- Emphasize exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for patient satisfaction.
- Support families by sharing knowledge and providing guidance during this challenging time.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Current unencumbered CNA certificate in the state.
- Minimum one year experience as a CNA in acute care or long‑term care; hospice experience a plus.
- Current CPR certification if state‑mandated.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
$16.00 – $20.00 per hour (Average Pay Range). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.
