the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Play Assistant who brings energy, creativity, and heart into every day. You'll support daily routines, engage in hands‑on play, and help children feel safe and seen. If you love working with little ones and value a joyful, team‑based environment, we’d love to meet you!

Your Responsibilities
  • Work alongside a team to meet the needs of each child.
  • Engage children with stories, songs, and playful learning.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
  • Communicate with families using our parent app.
  • Participate in regular training and professional growth.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Able to pass state and federal background checks
  • Energetic, caring, and passionate about working with children
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
