This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting complex construction projects, keeping teams organized, and ensuring work is executed accurately from start to finish. • Support the Special Projects team throughout the full lifecycle of construction projects, from kickoff through closeout
• Maintain organized and accurate project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs (Requests for Information), ASI (Architect Supplemental Instructions), submittals, addendums, and closeout files
• Assist with coordination between field operations and office teams, including material ordering, tracking, delivery scheduling, rental equipment, and project logistics
• Support monthly billings, pay applications, and weekly certified payroll submissions when required
• Maintain up-to-date project data to support tracking, reporting, and internal decision-making
• Assist with vendor, contractor, and subcontractor coordination to support timelines and project needs
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external project-related communication
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep workflows organized and projects moving efficiently
• Perform additional project-related duties as assigned

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in office administration, project coordination, or project support
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with electronic file management and cloud-based storage systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Professional judgment, ethical conduct, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
