This opportunity focuses on receiving steady commercial referrals from producing residential agents while developing long term expertise in commercial real estate. This is a commission based opportunity built for professionals who can operate in a fast paced environment and want to learn to grow within retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development related transactions.

By collaborating closely with residential agents, you will learn how to convert existing relationships into commercial opportunities and position yourself as the go to commercial resource within the office. You will receive hands on mentoring, structured coaching, and ongoing support designed to help you learn commercial conversations, analyze opportunities, and guide transactions with confidence. This environment is well suited for someone who values relationship building, consistency, and long term growth in the commercial space.

Responsibilities
  • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations
  • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data
  • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally
  • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth
  • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
Qualifications
  • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient
  • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices
  • Skilled in industry practices and lease language
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
Compensation

$160,000+
