Reporting to the System Director, Engagement, the Sr. Organizational Development (OD) Consultant functions as an internal consultant that provides high-value, high-impact organizational and leadership consulting and expertise to leaders at all levels, including change management, leadership development, coaching, organizational assessment and culture, and employee engagement, to support the culture, mission, vision and values of PIH Health. The Sr. OD Consultant is a highly effective individual contributor who will lead a variety of projects across talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, employee engagement and experience, and leadership and team consulting.
The Sr. OD Consultant will provide coaching and mentoring to OD consultants.

- Ability to lead and manage OD projects and programs from initial contracting through post-intervention evaluation.
- Organizes and leads team project teams.
- Ability to effectively manage dynamic projects with multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people and team members to ensure strong leadership, coaching and consulting skills.
- Ability to manage learning and development leadership program.
- Able to create and facilitate leadership courses.
- Ability to coach all levels of leadership.
Required:
- High School Diploma
- 10 years professional-level experience in training, organizational development, human resources development and/or consulting.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years professional-level experience in training, organizational development, human resources development and/or consulting.
