As a home care aide, you'll get to support seniors through medical, emotional, and cognitive challenges to help them thrive in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities- Build trust and personal relationships with seniors
- Assist seniors with all ADLs, especially helping with bathing, toileting/incontinence care, and evaluation of vital signs and changes in condition in seniors
- Learn and engage seniors with memory-loss in games, mind & coordination activities, and in reflecting and enjoying the best memories they can recall
- Deliver all the activities of a custom-designed care plan, and communicating changes and developments hand-in-hand with care managers
Full-time, Part-time
LocationLive in Anaheim, La Habra, Norwalk
Have reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
Qualifications- Professional caregiving experience:
At least 1 year [those with volunteer, family member, or classroom-only caregiving experience are still considered] - Must be a Registered Home Care Aid (HCA)-- (If not, we'll show you how!)
- Eligibility to work in the US
- Required to have availability to regularly work on Weekends to be eligible for hiring bonus
- Competitive Pay ($18.50 - $21.50 per hour | $20.50 - $23.50 on Weekends)
