• Build trust and personal relationships with seniors.
• Assist seniors with all ADLs, especially bathing, toileting/incontinence care, and evaluation of vital signs and changes in condition.
• Learn and engage seniors with memory-loss in games, mind & coordination activities, and in reflecting and enjoying the best memories they can recall.
• Deliver all activities of a custom-designed care plan, and communicate changes and developments hand-in-hand with care managers.

• Frequently lift 35 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs during your shift.
• Support clients with transfers and repositioning in beds, wheelchairs, or other surfaces using gait belts, slide boards, or mechanical lifts (when available).
• Perform two-person assists for clients who require full support or cannot bear weight.
• Push or pull wheelchairs, occupied beds, or medical equipment across various surfaces (e.g., carpet, tile, ramps), which may require up to 75 lbs of initial force.
• Be comfortable with kneeling, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods throughout your shift.

• Professional caregiving experience:
  At least 1 year (volunteer/family/ classroom caregiving experience considered).
• Must be a Registered Home Care Aid (HCA). (If not, we’ll show you how!).
• Eligibility to work in the US.
• Required to have availability to regularly work on Weekends to be eligible for hiring bonus.

• Hourly Pay: $18.50-$21.50/hr weekdays, $20.50-$23.50 for weekends.
• Vacation and Sick Pay available after 90 days of employment.
• Health Insurance available after 90 days of employment for employees averaging 30+ hours per week.

Salary: $18.50 - $23.50 per hour.
