Travel Cath Lab Registered Nurse

Lance Soft is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Whittier, California.

RN Cath Lab

Shift: Days | 5x8s | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Weekends: Every other weekend

On-Call:

• Minimum 1 call day/week (may increase to 2 as needed)
• At least 1 weekend/month (more available during 5-weekend months)

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS

Experience Required:

• Diagnostic & Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab (Adult)
• PCI, stent placement, LHC/RHC
• TAVR/TAVI, valvuloplasty, Rotablator
• Pacemaker/AICD insertion & lead extraction
• IABP & Impella
• Swan-Ganz monitoring, ACT testing
• Sheath removal & vascular closure devices
• Procedural sedation & dysrhythmia management

Role Highlights:

• Circulate cath lab procedures
• Administer & monitor sedation
• Manage emergency meds, vasopressors, thrombolytics
• Perform EKGs, IV starts, blood product administration
