About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Team Leader to manage our NSW Advice Team within our Retire
360 business and drive operational excellence. In this role, you’ll optimise team productivity, ensure compliance, and foster strong internal partnerships while supporting strategic initiatives and adviser development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of financial advisers to achieve business goals and performance outcomes.
  • Ensure delivery of quality, compliant advice to members of partner superannuation funds.
  • Oversee team SLA performance for workflow and Statement of Advice (SOA) delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong internal referral partnerships and provide regular reporting.
  • Support adviser development through coaching, onboarding, and personal development plans.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives, software rollouts, and strategic projects.
  • Participate in compliance audits and manage escalations or complaints effectively.
  • Contribute to cultural change and continuous improvement across the Advice function.
About You
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with a human‑centred approach.
  • Excellent time management, decision‑making, and organisational skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability to change.
  • Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning/RG146 compliant) and working toward FASEA requirements or Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
  • Proficient technical knowledge of superannuation and experience with Xplan and Aaspire systems.
  • Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register.
  • Tertiary qualifications in financial planning, economics, business/finance, or accounting are highly regarded.
