PIH Health is seeking an experienced Colorectal Surgeon to join our dynamic, patient-centered team in Whittier, California
. This is a unique opportunity to be the solo dedicated colorectal surgeon in a well-established, high-volume referral area, working in collaboration with a large, integrated multi-specialty medical group
.

• High-volume referral base

• Solo colorectal surgeon in the area:

• Significant experience with all aspects of treating patients with all types of general surgical procedures including diagnosis and medical treatment.
• Advanced knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Experience in interpretation of MRI, CT scans, and other diagnostic tests utilized in general surgery.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal; conflict resolution abilities.
• Independent performer with ability to assess own outcomes.

• Current California medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery.
• Robotics trained with experience in minimally invasive colorectal procedures.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing medical education and professional development to maintain licensure and clinical excellence.
