Position Summary: We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, committed, and eager-to-learn Customer Service and Inside Sales Representatives to join our Elite Team. The candidates will be responsible for:

• Answering phones
• Calling new and potential clients
• Answering customers’ questions/concerns
• Inputting and tracking orders
• Submitting reports
• Meeting with other departments to come up with solutions to maintain our Award-winning Customer Service
• Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements: Candidates must possess the following traits:

• Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English. Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Must possess an outgoing personality that exudes excellent people skills as well as has superb phone etiquette.
• Must have a strong work ethic with the willingness to work independently, as well as in a team.
• Be able to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines.
• Be flexible and have an open mind to learn new products, as well as be a quick learner.
• Must develop product knowledge of our various products in order to better serve our clients.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills.
• Minimum requirement is a high school diploma.
