Plan workloads and ensure production targets are achieved
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency
Support training, development, and team motivation
The Candidate:

Experience supervising or coordinating a production team
Strong organisational and communication skills
Quality-focused with a proactive approach to improvement
