Facilities Coordinator

NEW FACILITIES COORDIATOR IN WHITSTABLE.

A leading manufacturer of a range of complex electronic applications for the military and aerospace industries.

Our client are looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities & Maintenance Manager in maintaining the smooth, safe and compliant operation at their Whitstable site. This role is key to ensuring high standards of building upkeep, facilities maintenance, and legal compliance across the site, including support for on-site tenants.

Responsibilities as an Facilities Coordinator in Whitstable.

* Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related issues, responding promptly and effectively

* Provide dot-line management and coordination of the Facilities Technician

* Manage facilities compliance activities, including risk register actions and insurance requirements.

* Ensure compliance with EHS legislation and site policies, maintaining gap analyses and inspection schedules

* Oversee site fire systems, waste management and contractor controls, including SSOW

* Plan and support long-term maintenance, servicing and site improvement activities

* Act as a key contact for commercial tenants and other Amphenol group companies on site

* Maintain facilities data within the CMMS and support environmental, sustainability and cost reporting

Requirements as an Facilities Coordinator in Whitstable.

* Awareness of HSE compliance requirements, with experience supporting or leading compliance activities

* 3 years’ experience in a similar facilities or maintenance coordination role
