Job Description
Responsibilities and qualifications for this role include:
1) Minimum age 18 years and at least 6 months of school‑age experience.
2) High School diploma or equivalent.
3) CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
4) Evidence of a physical examination within the last 12 months.
5) Negative Mantoux TB test and immunity for measles, mumps, and rubella.
6) Ability to create and sustain a culture of excellence and work as part of a cohesive team.
7) Ability to lift/move heavy equipment, clean when necessary, sit, stand, bend, lift up to 75 lbs on occasion and 40 lbs frequently (children), and move intermittently during work hours.
8) Willingness to work early morning, late nights, and weekends as needed.
9) Strong oral communication skills for occasional public speaking responsibilities. 10) Ability to thoroughly understand Y‑USA’s three focus areas:
Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility; proven ability to identify and meet the needs of the health seeker.
