Legal Admin Support Private Client

Location: Tyneside

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (office-based)

Salary: £24,000

Were recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded law firm who are looking for a Legal Admin Support to join their busy Private Client team.

This role would suit someone with previous Private Client legal administration experience who enjoys supporting a team and is looking for a stable, office-based role within a friendly and supportive firm.

The Role
  • Providing general administrative support to the Private Client team
  • Assisting with document preparation and formatting
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Opening, closing and maintaining client files
  • Updating case management systems and ensuring records are accurate
What We Are Looking For
  • Previous legal administration experience within a Private Client department
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident communication skills and a professional, discreet approach
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and legal systems
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively in a busy environment
Desirable
  • Experience using digital case management systems
  • Knowledge of basic compliance and data protection requirements
