Working Supervisor – CNC Machining (3rd Shift)

Ready to take the next step in your CNC career? Join a fast paced manufacturing team where your expertise and leadership truly matter. As a Working Supervisor, you’ll run high precision CNC equipment and lead a talented off shift crew—driving quality, safety, and productivity every day.
What You’ll Do- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills with accuracy and efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues, adjust offsets, and ensure every part meets print
- Support and train machinists, offering hands on guidance and mentoring
- Oversee shift workflow, assign tasks, and maintain production targets
- Perform inspections, document quality data, and support continuous improvement
- Keep machines running through routine checks and light maintenance
- Uphold a safe, clean, organized work environment
- 8+ years of CNC machining & setup experience
- Strong knowledge of Mazatrol, G code, GD&T, and precision measurement
- Experience leading or mentoring machinists (2nd/3rd shift preferred)
- Ability to solve problems independently and make decisions on the fly
- Commitment to quality, teamwork, and professional growth
