Our Saw Operator is at the forefront of our operation ensuring that metal stock is cut to dimension for team members who then fabricate and machine it into parts for our equipment.
Pay: $30.45/hour. Position is 1st shift and follows a 4/10 schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

• Read blueprints and manufacturing orders for information relevant to the sawing operations.
• Select and install saw blade, set tension, cutting speed and pressure for specified operations.
• Setup machine for automatic bar feed. Set stops and guides to control dimension of cut.
• Measure work for conformance to specifications.

• A hands-on tinkerer who enjoys understanding how things work and troubleshooting challenges
• A lifelong learner with a passion for advancing your career and raising your hand when opportunities arise

• 3-5 years working in a metal fabrication shop
• Good math and problem solving skills
• Knowledge and experience with blueprint reading as well as ferrous and non-ferrous metals
• Knowledge and experience in forklift operation
• Ability to lift and handle heavy items
