Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production and facility equipment, ensuring safety and effective communication with management and peers.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including CNC machines (Okuma MA600HB
    , Makino A61NX
    ‑A81NX
    ), assembly line equipment, automated test equipment, and general facility infrastructure.
  • Operate fabrication tools such as lathes, mills, and drill presses for part repair and modification.
  • Handle industrial waste, ensuring proper disposal of hazardous and universal waste per regulations.
  • Read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency while working independently.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Propose enhancements to equipment and manufacturing processes to improve uptime, reliability, and safety.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team on special projects.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated competency in mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Adaptability and teamwork.
  • Intermediate PC knowledge.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders and elevated platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–3 years (or more) of industrial maintenance experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with CNC machines, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and vision systems.
  • Familiarity with special‑purpose machinery and automated systems.
  • Proficiency in codes and regulations such as OSHA, Arc Flash, LOTO, etc.
