Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high-stakes legal proceedings._warn

• Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other areas of potential risk.
• Assist in handling and winning multi‑million‑dollar disputes.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Increase responsibilities as you expand your knowledge of our rapidly changing industry.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
