We are seeking a hands-on, caring, and passionate Care Manager (Grade 5 RN) to lead at Whitewater, Mordialloc

Nestled in Melbourne’s esteemed Sandbelt, opposite Woodlands Golf Course, our aged care residence in Mordialloc – ‘Whitewater’ – is a vibrant and contemporary residential agedcare home. Situated in the picturesque Bayside suburb of Mordialloc, Whitewater proudly offers the area’s most comprehensive array of senior care services, catering to the diverse needs of older people seeking quality nursing home and aged care options in Mordialloc.

As a Care Manager
, you will provide exceptional care and work closely with a high-performing team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents. Your key responsibilities include:

• Deliver comprehensive, person-centred nursing care
• Develop recommendation plans & behaviour support strategies
• Manage medication administration & wound care
• Drive continuous clinical improvement for excellence in care
• Support residents, families, and visitors with professionalism
• Ensure timely assessments, care plans, and reviews
• Lead clinical education & staff competency training
• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture

• Minimum two years’ experience in a clinical leadership role
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Division 1 Nursing qualifications & AHPRA registration
• Up-to-date COVID-19 & 2025 influenza vaccinations
• NDIS Check (incl. Police Clearance)
• Eligibility to work in Australia
