Director of Sales Marketing

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in White Rock, British Columbia, for a Director of Sales Marketing. The Director will develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to enhance resident occupancy and engagement. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, leading and motivating a team, building and maintaining relationships with residents and their families, and ensuring excellence in customer service.

Additionally, this role involves analyzing market trends, overseeing administrative processes, and collaborating with internal teams to drive organizational goals.

• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations
• Strong Customer Service abilities and experience maintaining client satisfaction
• Leadership skills in Team Management and the ability to inspire and guide a dynamic team
• Proficiency in Business Development to identify and pursue growth opportunities
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in the healthcare or senior living sector is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
