A community health service organization is seeking a Patient Advocate for their Dialysis Center in Whiteriver, Arizona. The role involves supporting patients by facilitating communication and navigation within the healthcare system, coordinating care, and addressing patient concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a High School Diploma or GED, and preferably an Associate’s degree in a related field.
