Varied depending on location, typically between £31,000 and £33,000 (with £2000 welcome bonus)

Specsavers are launching a brand-new 18-month Audiology Graduate Programme, designed for graduates ready to take the next step in their career. Whether you graduated this year or in recent years and haven’t yet worked with Specsavers, this is your chance to join a programme that opens doors to incredible opportunities. Upon successful completion, you’ll be eligible to apply for Partner positions in high street stores and domiciliary businesses (home visits) across the UK, with the opportunity to run your own business.

Based in a hosting store or a domiciliary business (home visits) and supported by our existing partners, their teams, and colleagues, you’ll receive comprehensive training and access to development opportunities that will enhance your clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and business acumen.

On the Specsavers Audiology Graduate Programme, you ll benefit from dedicated support. You ll have ongoing assistance from our existing store partners and the support office teams, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed. We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious, and hard-working Audiology/Hearing Aid Dispenser graduates that are ready to learn how to lead and grow an Audiology business. We’re a family-run business, with a small-company feel but totally global stature.

Each of our businesses follows our Joint Venture Partnership model. Partners are ‘A’ shareholders in charge of the day-to-day running of the business. This means you’ll receive the profits and enjoy the capital growth, as well as a market salary and other benefits from our joint venture business entity, to give you that extra bit of security.

• HCPC registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser.
• Full UK driving licence.
