This is an opportunity to join a progressive principal contractor operating at the forefront of UK facade remediation. Salary & Benefits- Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 (DOE)
- Location:
2 days per week in the Portsmouth office with UK wide travel and hybrid working - 25 to 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

- Full commercial and contractual responsibility for multiple envelope and cladding remediation projects
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, CVRs and project cash flows
- Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations and final accounts
- Negotiate contract terms and manage risk and cost exposure
- Ensure accurate financial reporting aligned to project progress
- Liaise with project teams, senior management and external stakeholders
- Frequent site visits across the UK, with up to 2 days per week in the Portsmouth office
- 5 plus years experience in facade, cladding or external envelope related surveying
- Strong technical, contractual and commercial understanding
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
- Self motivated with the ability to work across multiple live projects
- Based within a commutable distance of Portsmouth and willing to travel nationwide
