Up to £13.48 per hour | £1,000 Welcome Bonus
Full-time or Part-time
We are partnering with reputable Nursery, now seeking a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join their management team.
Essential RequirementMinimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential)
Responsibilities- Lead and support room staff day to day
- Maintain high standards of care, learning, and development
- Ensure EYFS and key person practices are followed
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers
- Promote positive team and parent relationships
- Up to £13.48 per hour
- 1,000 welcome bonus
- 31 days annual leave (FTE) incl. bank holidays + 3 extra days at Christmas
