Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Construction Labor ​/ Trades

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Handyman with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on construction experience. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, has strong knowledge of residential construction, and consistently delivers high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs, renovations, and maintenance work
• Construct, repair, and replace roofing systems
• Assist with and complete foundation work
• Frame, build, and modify structures as needed
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate clearly regarding project progress and timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of proven construction or handyman experience
• Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and safety practices
• Demonstrated experience with roofing and foundation work
• Supply own tools
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Red Seal certification is an asset but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
