Sr. Associate III, Surgical Field Sales

• Achieve sales quotas for assigned surgical products and manage total territory sales
• Train and educate surgeons and nursing staff to enhance product knowledge and usage
• Support the RFP/contract process for large hospital contracts and ensure compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with key hospital personnel including surgeons and administrators
• Complete administrative tasks including sales forecasting and expense reporting in a timely manner

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Science, Sales, or Marketing
• 3–5+ years in hospital surgical sales or 5+ years selling pharmaceutical products to Ophthalmologists
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bilingualism with advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Ability to travel up to 60%, including evenings and weekends

• 3–5 years of experience with Ophthalmic or Surgical products
• Strong project management skills and understanding of industry dynamics
• Proven ability to build strong business relationships to support sales results
• Excellent negotiation, sales, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with computerized sales administration systems
