Front Desk Receptionist / Retail Salesperson (Part-Time, Permanent)

Location: 106 Titanium Way, Whitehorse, Yukon

Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Hourly)

Rate: $25/hour

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to fill a part-time Front Desk Receptionist / Retail Sales role. This position involves customer service, basic administrative duties, and light retail and office maintenance tasks.

Thursday or Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Spring/Summer/Fall: Opportunity for increased hours (3–4 days/week)

• English required, French or German an asset
• High school diploma
• Ideal 1 year receptionist or related experience
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word

• Greet and assist customers; explain storage and retail options
• Open and close the office independently
• Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Process payments and issue invoices
• Send rent reminders and perform basic bookkeeping
• Maintain customer access systems (PIN/FOB)
• Keep office clean, handle recycling, garbage, and snow removal

• Reliable, organized, flexible
• Strong communication and customer service skills
