About the role: The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Whitehaven. This is a maternity cover position for a fixed term of 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high‑quality pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• You will be providing clinical pharmacy services to patients across various departments.
• You will conduct medication reviews and offer expert advice on the use of medicines.
• You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• You will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care plans.

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Hospital experience as a pharmacist.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
