• Deliver high‑quality lessons that support progress
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN
• Carry out planning, assessment, and reporting responsibilities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure strong outcomes and pupil wellbeing

• A warm, supportive, and child‑centred school community

• Strong pastoral support for both pupils and staff

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Y2/KS2
• Confident delivering high‑quality teaching and assessment
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
