• Provide engaging, well-structured, and creative teaching
• Deliver high-quality cover that support progress
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure strong outcomes and pupil wellbeing

• A warm, supportive, and child-centred school community

• Strong pastoral support for both pupils and staff

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within EYFS
• Confident delivering high-quality teaching and assessment
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A nurturing, proactive approach with a commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing
• Passionate about creating a joyful, purposeful learning environment
