Job Summary:

Service Desk Analyst
The overarching mission of the program is supporting the Five Eyes (FVEY) alliance. This is an Anglosphere intelligence alliance comprising of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and the United States. This is a treaty for cooperation in signals intelligence. Our client won a part of the program that would be providing IT comms support for people in the field. Such as troubleshooting, VTC setup, phone support, and any other things that relate to getting comms back online.

Some of the work is more analytical and some of it is more technical. Top Skills - Must Haves

1-3 years’ experience analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting LAN's and WAN's. These people will be performing Windows support and basic network support. Experience performing network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly without much downtime. Active Secret clearance and ideally, experience working in a DOD environment.

Job Description
Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks. This program is a 10-year program supporting an effort that is projected to see significant growth. This individual will have the opportunity to support a program with line of sight from high-ranking military personnel up to 4 Star Generals. Work Environment

This position is going to be crucial to the support of the CSOG program as they will be running the watch team and making sure 24/7 support is being issued to the FVEY members.
