Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.;
Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.;
Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance.;
Manage merchandise workflow including receiving, stocking, restocking, and building displays; ensure planograms.;
Assist with financial integrity of the store through cashier accountability, cash control procedures, deposits, and store absence coverage.
