tojoin our Mercantile Team.

Our Mercantile Gift Shop is more than a store—it’s part ofthe guest experience. If you’refriendly, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a warm, guest-centered environment, this role could be a perfect fit.

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a polished, friendly presence
• Assist guests with selecting merchandise and answering questions with confidence
• Keepthe boutique looking beautiful through merchandising, re-stocking, and organization
• Receive and transport inventory from deliveries to the sales floor
• Operatethe point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions accurately
• Maintainboutique cleanliness and visual standards throughout your shift
• Resolveguest concerns with professionalism and a service-first mindset
• Completecashier duties including closing reports, cash balancing, and securing thebank
• Documentmaintenance needs clearly and submit work orders as needed

• Adependable team player who arrives on time and ready to shine
• Strong communication skills and a passion for guest service
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining an organized, inviting retail space
• Abilityto move, lift (up to 25 lbs), bend, climb stairs and ladders as needed
• Comfort with retail systems, cash handling, and written documentation
