The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is one of Montana’s premier AAA Four Diamond resorts and is seeking an enthusiastic FULL-TIME Retail Sales Associate to join our Mercantile Team.
Our Mercantile Gift Shop is more than a store—it’s part of the guest experience. From thoughtful local finds to Lodge-branded keepsakes, you’ll help guests discover the perfect piece to remember their stay. If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoy workingouz in a warm, guest-centered environment, this role could be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a polished, friendly presence
- Assist guests with selecting merchandise and answering questions with confidence
- Keep the boutique looking beautiful through merchandising, restocking, and organization
- Receive and transport inventory from deliveries to the sales floor
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions accurately
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and visual standards throughout your shift
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a service-first mindset
- Complete cashier duties including closing reports, cash balancing, and securing the bank
- Document maintenance needs clearly and submit work orders as needed
