Our life is a little slower paced, but we still do have Walmart, Target, Costco, and most other chain stores in Kalispell 12 minutes from the dealership.

Job SummaryThe Technician performs work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or franchise standards.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesJob duties for a Technician include but are not limited to:
- Perform all aspects of vehicle maintenance to include oil changes, tire rotation, battery replacement, and wiper blade replacement, tire repair, mount and balance tires.
- Continue education in order to keep up with rapidly changing technology and with knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
- Perform all duties in a safe manner following all company safety guidelines and policies.
- Act as a good will ambassador for the dealership by promoting professionalism and displaying excellent customer satisfaction skills.
- Perform other duties as requested and assigned by manager.
One or more years in a dealership service department as a technician is preferred. Good communication skills, multi-tasking skills and computer skills a must. High school diploma or the equivalent is preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Working Conditions/Physical RequirementsExtended working hours may be required. Weather conditions vary depending on the season. Technicians work indoors in the service department, which is often noisy with some dust and fumes. Technician may be exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning material or other toxic materials commonly found in motor vehicle service departments, some of which may be considered health hazards.
