We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Director to join a rapidly expanding, physician‑led multispecialty medical group focused on delivering high‑quality care across skilled nursing facilities in Washington, Alaska, Oregon, and Montana. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Medical Director for designated skilled nursing facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Medical Director to execute clinical programs, standards, and quality initiatives.
  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to medical staff.
  • Work with facility leadership to enhance operational efficiency, quality of care, and compliance.
  • Participate in quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Clinical Duties

  • Perform comprehensive examinations and manage patient care in post‑acute and long‑term care settings.
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
  • Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies appropriately.
  • Complete timely documentation including histories, progress notes, and care plans.
  • Educate patients, families, and facility staff on treatment plans and disease processes.
  • Review labs, sign clinical documentation, and complete regulatory paperwork promptly.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
  • Eligible for unrestricted medical license in one of the following states:
  • Washington (WA)
  • DEA license and NPI (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
  • Internal Medicine
  • Family Medicine
  • Geriatric Medicine
  • General Practice
  • Other relevant specialties may be considered

Education & Experience

  • MD / DO / MBBS required.
