Position OverviewThis role combines exceptional customer service with relationship‑building and sales engagement. The ideal candidate enjoys meaningful customer conversations, identifies financial needs, and connects customers with the right solutions to help them succeed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Proactively engage customers in meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities for new accounts, loans, and other financial solutions.
- Follow up with potential leads generated through branch activity, community events, or inbound inquiries.
- Participate in outbound calling efforts to existing customers to share product updates, promote special offers, and strengthen ongoing relationships.
- Maintain a strong understanding of financial products to clearly explain features and benefits.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing a positive branch experience.
- Meet or exceed individual and branch referral goals.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Quarterly referral bonuses

Experience: 0 year(s) or above; experience in a retail, financial, or service‑based sales environment preferred.
Education: High School Degree or equivalent required; cash handling experience is highly desirable.
