What You Will Be Doing
Aero Production Engineering Central Services (PECS) organization is looking for a strong, self-motivated individual to join the Production Engineering Digital Transformation (PE DX) team as a Capability Developer for PLM systems. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and deploying capabilities within our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, with a focus on PE responsibilities. This role is essential to supporting the company's Digital Transformation and 1

LMX initiative, and will ensure that our PLM systems align with current and future program needs.

Key responsibilities include:

-Develop PE capabilities in the Teamcenter PLM, aligning software functionality with current and future program needs.

- Create Teamcenter job guides, training materials, and document processes specific to PE responsibilities.

-Test developed capabilities in the PLMS and across the Integrated Operational Framework (IOF) into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PLM capabilities across the ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications:
-Proficiency in 3DX and Teamcenter PLM systems, or similar PLM platforms.

-Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance per business requirements. Interim clearance required to start.

-Experience in Production Engineering environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
