Technical Compliance BA

Please no 3rd party subcontractor inquiries. Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Technical Compliance BA to join their team. As a Technical Compliance BA, you will be part of the Compliance Department supporting the Anti-Fraud Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Compliance BA

Location: White Plains, New York - hybrid

Pay Range: 50-55/hr W2
(Due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly)
Duration: 12+ months

• Support a project within the Anti-Fraud team focusing on External Fraud related items
• Conduct business research and document detailed requirements
• Prepare and execute test cases to ensure compliance and functionality
• Create and update procedures and workflows for compliance processes
• Collaborate effectively with both business and IT teams to meet project goals

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within compliance
• Experience working with Actimize IFM or other fraud screening solutions
• Background in commercial banking is essential
• Experience engaging with stakeholders and understanding banking fraud issues
• Proficiency with Microsoft compliance products and Microsoft Azure
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional visits to NYC Park Ave and Jersey City offices
