** Employee Benefits Account Executive
** to join our growing team in
** Westchester, NY**. As an Employee Benefits Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and providing strategic consulting services using various skills and knowledge of the insurance market.

Prepare new business strategies in collaboration with the producer, including proposals and presentations, while ensuring agreement with customers’ requests/requirements. Develop client communications and present at employer meetings to inform and educate clients on benefits legislation, regulatory requirements, compliance, current industry trends, and new product information.
** Skills & Experience to Be Successful
** 10+ years in large group Employee Benefits customer service/account management at an agency or company level, Required Must have basic computer knowledge in Windows environment, create spreadsheets with appropriate computer programs.
