Here, you will play a central role in delivering unparalleled customer service and expert style guidance that captures the essence of the Emilia George brand. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day retail operations, team motivation and management, and maximizing sales by providing excellent customer service and maintaining the brand’s overall image.

- Lead by example on the sales floor, playing an active role in engaging with clients, ensuring the highest level of service is provided, and that client experience goals are met.
- Analyze store performance to identify trends, set action plans, and communicate strategies that align with sales and profitability goals.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations partners to address business goals and needs.
- Role model customer service, coaching Sales Associates in developing long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Act as Emilia George’s ambassador in both the boutique and the community.
- Work closely with the sales team to attract, create, and maintain Emilia George clientele at every opportunity.
- Direct the sales team by analyzing and utilizing CRM data to develop business plans and relationship activities.
- Control store expenses and manage financial aspects of business operations such as accounting and budgeting by utilizing reporting tools, analysis of report data, general cash register operations, and tracking sales.
- Stock Inventory & Loss prevention assurance by regular stock and merchandise management/maintenance.
- Upkeep overall store presentation through general maintenance, housekeeping, and organization as well as ordering store supplies.
- Ensure smooth operations through confident, knowledgeable decision-making and the ability to utilize all available resources.
- Develop store communication content and ensure best practices and information are consistently shared.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels.
- Oversee the storage and organization of products both on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and ensure the accuracy of inventory data in the company’s system
- Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
- Five or more years of experience in a high-end retail environment in leadership/management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines; proven ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
This role combines a commission incentive with a starting hourly rate of $25.
