AE – Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide an amazing shopping experience for every guest, building brand loyalty and representing company values.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Assist your team and contribute to teamwork.
• Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures, acting with integrity.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.
