What You’ll Be Responsible For🔹 Clinical & Regulatory Leadership
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations
- Ensure full compliance with DOH, CMS, and state/federal regulations
- Provide hands‑on clinical oversight and floor presence
- Recruit, mentor, and retain RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Provide coaching and performance support
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and professional growth
🔹 High‑Acuity Oversight
- Support ventilator, dialysis, sub‑acute, and complex care populations
- Oversee care plans and interdisciplinary coordination
- Drive improvements in clinical quality metrics
🔹 Quality & Operational Excellence
- Lead QAPI initiatives and improve clinical outcomes
- Monitor falls, readmissions, infections, and wound‑care trends
- Assist with staffing strategy and labor oversight
- Active, unencumbered New York RN license
- 3–5+ years of SNF/LTC experience
- Prior leadership experience (Unit Manager, ADON, or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of DOH/CMS regulations
- Experience with MDS and reimbursement processes
- Familiarity with Point Click Care or Sigma Care preferred
