Med Cadre is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in White Plains, New York.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy - Endocrinology
Location: White Plains, NY 10601
Unit: Cams Endoscopy
Care Setting: Acute Care
Start Date: 03/23/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days (7:45 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:45 AM – 8:00 PM)
Shift Length: 10 Hours
Guaranteed Hours: 38 Hours per Week
- Provide nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures.
- Perform pre-operative assessments and patient preparation.
- Insert IV lines and administer prescribed medications.
- Monitor patients during Phase I and Phase II recovery.
- Maintain patient recovery ratios (2:1 when applicable).
- Admit and recover approximately 10–12 patients per shift.
- Accurately document care using EPIC charting system.
- Educate patients and families about procedures and discharge instructions.
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital protocols.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced procedural setting
- Active RN License (required for submission).
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
- Experience in pre-op and recovery (Phase I & II).
- Strong IV insertion skills.
- BLS Certification (required).
- Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
