Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy - Endocrinology
Location: White Plains, NY 10601
Unit: Cams Endoscopy
Care Setting: Acute Care
Start Date: 03/23/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days (7:45 AM – 6:00 PM or 9:45 AM – 8:00 PM)
Shift Length: 10 Hours
Guaranteed Hours: 38 Hours per Week

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures.
• Perform pre-operative assessments and patient preparation.
• Insert IV lines and administer prescribed medications.
• Monitor patients during Phase I and Phase II recovery.
• Maintain patient recovery ratios (2:1 when applicable).
• Admit and recover approximately 10–12 patients per shift.
• Accurately document care using EPIC charting system.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital protocols.

• Active RN License (required for submission).
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Experience in pre-op and recovery (Phase I & II).
• Strong IV insertion skills.
• BLS Certification (required).
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
