• Serve as a clinical extension of the neurosurgeon, assisting in increasing patient volume and optimizing care delivery.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient care, with future involvement in surgical procedures as the practice grows.
• Maintain a presence across two sites.
• Occasionally participate in weekend phone call coverage, handling emergent patient needs.
• Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient management and continuity of care.

• Current NYS licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in neurosurgery, spine surgery, or related surgical specialties.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with the clinical goals of the practice.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Interest in research or ongoing practice development is a plus.
