Position SummaryThe OB Nurse Navigator – Labor & Delivery RN serves as a clinical liaison for obstetrical patients and their families throughout the labor, delivery, and postpartum process. This role focuses on patient education, care coordination, and support to ensure a safe, informed, and positive birthing experience.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary clinical liaison for obstetrical patients and their families throughout the labor and delivery process
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, postpartum care, and hospital policies to promote a positive birthing experience
- Coordinate and support individualized care plans in collaboration with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiology, and nursing staff
- Note: 2 years of OB Nurse Navigator / Labor & Delivery RN Experience
- Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years
- Certifications: BLS AHA, ACLS AHA, NRP, RN NY License
