• Provide compassionate, patient-centered support in a home setting, adhering to safety protocols and care standards.

Candidate requirements

• Valid LPN license in New York

• Current BLS Certification

• New graduates are welcome to apply

• Familiarity with EMR systems and basic computer proficiency
